Why Physio Led Pilates?
Pilates is for everyone. It helps to improve strength, stability and mobility, it can both prevent and rehabilitate injury, and can even reduce stress and improve concentration.
Pilates is an empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. Although low impact, various levels and modifications offer challenges to suit the individual. Small class sizes ensure that every person gets the most out of their session.
I believe that exercise and fitness should be enjoyable and I constantly adapt my Kings Heath Pilates Classes to reflect this.
